Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter also simply referred to as "terms" or "conditions") for Ambassadors (hereinafter also referred to as "Ambassadors" or "referrers") shall govern the sebrussi.com referral program.
Our referral program consists of encouraging people to tell other people about our website, products or services.
You must not use this website's referral program if you disagree with any of these Terms and Conditions.
Ambassador
With the term "Ambassador" we define a person who is registered on our website and has been appointed to act as a referrer.
Ambassadors will act solely as referrers and, as such, must not act as representatives of, or in the name or on behalf of, sebrussi.com.
Being appointed as an Ambassador does not constitute any express or implied agreement or binding commitment by sebrussi.com or any affiliated company to hire or engage an Ambassador for any period of time, nor does it limit in any way sebrussi.com's right, which is expressly reserved, to revoke the Ambassador position or end its referral programs at any time and without notice.
As an Ambassador:
- once you are approved, you must initially purchase 3 products (with a 20% discount) from the sebrussi.com website in order to be appointed as Ambassador;
- you will be given a Promo Code;
- you may recommend the sebrussi.com website to other people;
- you may refer to and post sebrussi.com links and content in your social media accounts;
- you may give your Promo Code to other people in order to allow them to get discounted purchases;
- you may benefit from special discounts on your personal sebrussi.com purchases;
- you will receive referral fees on sebrussi.com purchases made by people using your Promo Code.
Discounts and Fees
Discount and referral fee percentages are not negotiable and may be subject to change at any time (check this page periodically for updates):
- a 10% discount is granted to people buying products with promo codes;
- a 10% referral fee is granted to Ambassadors on products purchased with their Promo Code;
- a 20% discount is granted to Ambassadors on their own purchases.
Referral Fees
Ambassadors will need to provide some administrative information in order to process billing and payments of referral fees.
On a monthly basis, Ambassadors will receive a document reporting the overall monthly referral fees and the monthly payment made by sebrussi.com.
Payment will always be processed in EUR, either by bank transfer (bank charges will be shared) or by PayPal (in this case the Ambassador must have a PayPal account).
In order to minimize the impact of transfer charges on referral fees (especially bank charges, which are completely out of our control), Ambassadors may ask sebrussi.com to be paid on a quarterly basis or when their referral fees reach a certain threshold.
Ambassadors may also ask sebrussi.com to use their earnings as an additional discount on their own next purchases.
